Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced that the company will enhance connectivity with Kodak's PRINERGY 8.3 workflow based on JDF* for the AccurioPress series of digital printing presses, the AccurioJet KM-1 UV inkjet press, and the AccurioPro Conductor print management solution.

The print settings, such as paper, number of copies, finishing for Konica Minolta’s digital printing press can be changed directly from Kodak’s PRINERGY 8.3. The operation condition of the press can be monitored from PRINERGY. This achieves a seamless hybrid workflow of offset printing and digital printing that is more user-friendly than ever before, providing the commercial printing industry with a more efficient production environment and new business opportunities that take full advantage of on-demand printing.
