Konica Minolta Forms Advisory Board
Tokyo, Japan (June 10, 2016) - Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has formed an Advisory Board to act as a consulting body to its executive officers from an external perspective.
1. Objectives
In an era filled with social and economic changes and innovations unfolding at unprecedented speed, Konica Minolta has been driving its business transformation through the mid-term business plan TRANSFORM 2016 to realize sustainable growth. The aim for forming the advisory board is to accelerate realization of the company’s transformation by bringing dynamic ideas and suggestions of experts with outsiders’ view. Their experienced advices will be invaluable for Konica Minolta to evolve into a company to create solutions for the complex and diversified society and customers.

3. Operation
The term of the Advisory Board will be from June 2016 through May 2017. The Advisory Board is planned to meet a few times during the term.
