Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) has formulated the Konica Minolta Group Human Rights Policy in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Konica Minolta has adopted "Imaging to the People" as its management vision and aims to "support people to achieve their own purpose" and "realize a sustainable society." To realize this goal, we have promoted business activities that respect human rights by establishing codes such as the Konica Minolta Group Charter of Corporate Behavior.
As a company that conducts business globally, Konica Minolta has formulated this policy in order to further clarify the Group's common awareness of respect for human rights in our business activities and to promote business activities that respect human rights more than ever before.
