Notice of Completion of Change in a Consolidated Subsidiary
(Transfer of Equity Capital)

As disclosed in “Notice Regarding Change in a Consolidated Subsidiary (Transfer of Equity Capital)” dated March 7, 2024, the Company announces that, on April 30, 2024, it completed the transfer of the entire equity capital of Invicro, LLC (hereinafter “Invicro”) to Calyx Services Inc.

Following the completion of the transfer of equity capital, Invicro has been excluded from the scope of consolidation of the Company. The impact of the equity capital transfer on the Company’s consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, is currently being examined. The Company will promptly announce any matters that require disclosure in the future.
