Konica Minolta Announces New Structure for Executive Officers

Tokyo (February 24, 2022) – Konica Minolta, Inc. announced the following new structure for its Executive Officers, effective April 1, 2022.

Executive Vice President and Executive Officer | Toshiya Eguchi | Responsible for Technologies, Imaging-IoT Solution Business and Visual Solutions Business |
Executive Vice President and Executive Officer | Shinichiro Oka | Responsible for Human Resources and Diversity Enhancement |
Note: Hajime Takei is to become Corporate Senior Vice President (Division President of Office Business Headquarters).
In the new structure, Seiji Hatano is to be promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Officer from his current position of Executive Vice President and Executive Officer.
Yuji Ichimura, currently Executive Vice President and Executive Officer, responsible for Digital Transformation, DX Brand Communication and Public Relations, will resign, effective March 31, 2022.
