＜Evaluation＞

The strength of the manufacturer’s stance in taking advantage of design features such as distinctive colors and a tilt-type control panel that differ from competitors as a management resource is apparent. Another reason for my positive evaluation is that the product gives shape to ideas that in the past were proposed as advanced design elements, for example an “out-of-paper” indicator that can be recognized from a distance and an animated guide provided on the LCD panel.

Consistency of design is the theme here, and it’s evident in features like the product's organization of plain surfaces, the shape of the handle and surrounding area, and the treatment of segmented lines. You can see a clear concept that doesn’t give one the sense of the constraints that apply to the sort of design that products of this type tend to have.

＜Evaluation＞

I found a number of aspects of the product’s design to be praiseworthy, including a simple, compact structure that makes the operation and functionality of a pulse oximeter easy to understand for anyone; the ease with which a finger can be inserted and the sense of fit between the measurement surface and the finger; the layout and size of display elements; and a shape that provides enough strength that the product can be carried around.

The design of this digital standing imaging system delivers benefits including advanced image processing technology, simplified image review, and reduced patient stress. These functions have been gathered and harmonized with the product’s overall shape and coloring to create a people-friendly design that I find praiseworthy.
