Ken Osuga joined Minolta Camera Co., Ltd. in 1985. He engaged in finance and business management in Corporate as well as business and sales planning of the Business Technologies Business at the head office. He experienced planning, sales, and management for 25 years at local sales subsidiaries in and outside Japan. While serving as President of the European regional headquarters of the Business Technologies Business for three years from 2011, He was appointed Executive Officer in 2013. Upon returning to Japan in 2014, he successively held the positions of CFO, executive responsible for supervising the Business Technologies Business, sales, and service, Division President of the Office Business Headquarters, and President of Konica Minolta Japan, Inc., the sales company in Japan. Since 2023, he has assisted the President & CEO as an executive responsible for Strategic Project. Since 2024, he has been responsible for Business Development for Business Technologies.
Osuga has 18 years’ experience of working abroad, during which he was relocated from continent to continent 11 times and visited 60 countries around the world. This cross-cultural experience enabled him to develop an understanding of diversity. During 15 years in Europe, he closed some 50 M&A deals, thus gaining extensive experience in corporate reorganization.
