Konica Minolta Announces Director and Executive Officer Changes

Tokyo (January 29, 2009) – Konica Minolta Holdings, Inc. announces that it has decided the following director and executive officer changes, effective April 1, 2009, at its Board of Directors Meeting held on January 29, 2009.

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Executive Officer
(Currently, Director, Senior Executive Officer)

Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors
(Currently, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Executive Officer)

Fumio Iwai, currently Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will retire from the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors as of March 31, 2009, and retire from the post of Director at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June and scheduled to become Special Advisor.
