CM-3700d

Spectrophotometer (spectral type, side port)

Featuring a d/8 optical system (diffused illumination; 8° viewing) compliant with ISO, DIN, and JIS, the CM-3700d provides a wide range of measurement functions and supports many different applications.

Features

Product Overview

Reflective Color Measurement

  • SCI/SCE switching
When SCI is selected, measurements will be unaffected by the specimen surface condition, and this is ideal for the control of color compounding ratios and CCM. Alternatively, SCE can be selected to obtain test measurements for a condition approximating visual examination by eliminating specularly reflected light.
  • Measurement area switching
Measurement area of Φ25.4mm, Φ8mm, and 3 x 5mm can be selected according to the specimen being measured.
  • Fluorescent color measurement
UV cut filters allow 1,000-step adjustment of UV light. The approximation of a D65-equivalent light source in this way provides an ideal measurement solution for paper, pulp, and other materials containing fluorescent materials.

Transparent Color Measurement

  • Measurement of transparent colors by diffused lighting, 0ยบ reception (d/0)
Wide-ranging support is provided for the measurement of glass filters and other sheet or plate specimens, in addition to liquid items for food products, cosmetics, etc.

Principal Applications

Plastics, textiles, dyed items, kiln-fired materials, etc.
